# טיוטה – ממתינה לבדיקה משפטית / DRAFT – PENDING LEGAL REVIEW
## תנאי שימוש – Kablabox (טיוטה v0.1)
1. השירות מארגן מידע ממיילים שהעברת; הוא אינו ייעוץ פיננסי, חשבונאי או מס, ואינו מחליף את המסמכים המקוריים.
2. המידע מחולץ אוטומטית ועלול להכיל שגיאות; יש לאמת מול מייל המקור המקושר.
3. מחיר: 9.90 ₪ לחודש בשלושת החודשים הראשונים, ולאחר מכן 19.90 ₪ לחודש, כולל מע"מ, מתחדש אוטומטית עד ביטול. התשלום מעובד על ידי Paddle.com כמשווק רשום (Merchant of Record), ותנאי Paddle חלים על הרכישה.
4. ביטול בכל עת; הביטול נכנס לתוקף בסוף תקופת החיוב (בכפוף לזכויות ביטול לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן).
5. אסור להעביר מיילים של אחרים ללא הרשאתם או תוכן בלתי חוקי.
6. אחריות מוגבלת ככל שהחוק מתיר. דין ישראלי; סמכות שיפוט – בתי המשפט בתל אביב (לבדיקה).

2. Data is extracted automatically and may contain errors; verify against the linked source email.
3. Price: US $5.99/mo, UK £4.99/mo (Israel: ₪9.90/mo for the first 3 months, then ₪19.90/mo), auto-renewing until cancelled. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record; Paddle's buyer terms apply; taxes may be added at checkout.
4. Cancel anytime; effective at end of the billing period, subject to statutory consumer rights.
5. Don't forward others' emails without permission or unlawful content.
6. Liability limited to the extent permitted by law. Governing law and venue to be determined by counsel.
